Marc E. Canner, Esq.

Attorney Marc E. Canner brings years of experience working closely with Buyers, Sellers, mortgage brokers, loan officers and realtors to provide expert counsel on closing residential real estate transactions, with great success, to TitleHub Closing Services LLC. Attorney Canner has successfully negotiated Purchase and Sale Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers, and excels at keeping each individual client fully informed throughout the process. In addition, he works with banks to ensure that real estate closings are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

In his own practice, Mr. Canner has used industry-leading real estate conveyancing and funding software throughout his career, now with TitleHub, Attorney Canner will employ even more cutting edge real estate software and technologies in order to facilitate a fluid and hassle-free transaction.  He also regularly speaks at home-buying seminars and provides Power Point presentations to realtors on a variety of real estate related issues.

Prior to founding TitleHub, Mr. Canner founded and built his own successful private practice, The Law Office of Marc E. Canner, with locations in Needham and Bedford, Massachusetts. Previously Mr. Canner served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where he worked at both the trial and appellate levels, in addition to representing District Attorney Martha Coakley as her liaison to Beacon Hill.

Attorney Marc E. Canner is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1993 from Lafayette College and his J.D. in 1998 from American University’s Washington College of Law.

Last year, Marc was proud to participate and complete his first Pan Mass Challenge.  He enjoys playing basketball and tennis as well as being involved with his children’s activities. Marc’s favorite TV shows include Mad Men, The Office, The Wire and Entourage.  In addition, he is currently reading “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo” by Stieg Larsson, and hopes to complete the trilogy.
